? about my Profile

I have a gif in my signature. Sometimes when I come here and post it is HUGE!!!! And other time when Im here it is normal size, the way its supposed to be. When I added the gif to my signature to my profile it was the size (correct size) it was supposed to be for the board. Any idea why it keeps changing?
