Hey kids,
THIS IS NEW and the best quality version I have seen of this performance of "Show Me The Way" and "Not Dead Yet" on the Rick Dees' show in 1991. Except for JY’s quick guitar malfunction it’s near perfect. Audio in both speakers how 'bout that. The interview portion is great fun. The late great John Panozzo with blonde hair. We had a 2-drink blond-hair minimum.
Recently I've been working hard on my memoir/autobiography/book, whatever ya call it. Lots of words, sentences and paragraphs are required in these things…sheesh. Maybe I’ll make it into a short story instead. Or better yet, "The Dennis DeYoung Memoir Pamphlet." Good for the environment saving many trees, light weight and easy to carry and fold plus eyestrain should not be an issue. That’ll give me more time for Britbox. By the way I’m never going back to Great Britain cause according to Britbox they have way too many murderers. And they don’t even have guns. They have so many murders they even need priests and nuns to help solve the crimes. Who
knew?
I’ve been working on the Kilroy chapter this week and it’s quite detailed. I’d forgotten about all the work and preparation that went into the project and some of the revelations even caught me off guard. For instance, the ‘Peters Brothers from Minnesota who were the catalyst regarding my interest in censorship and the first amendment in the first place. The ‘’Peters’’? Please insert your own joke.
Maybe I’ll post a an excerpt whatcha think?
Cheers, Dennis
