They're gonna blow it. I know it.

Mmmmmmmmm...
not good.

I gotta question Sly, too. What is this soundtrack gonna be, all ballads sung by chicks all due respect to present female company here.....??? Somebody, be it Sly or the band, has to listen to Oceans: "If only we could go back to square 1....if finally we could pinpoint where we lost touch...."

This is bullshit if after hiatuses, both Rocky and Survivor are back up and running and the band's not on the soundtrack.

2 months ago, it seemed a shoe-in.

Maybe they'll change the lyrics to Johny's Got a Shotgun to Rocky's Got a shotgun and they can use that?

Why should it be any harder than this:

Email from Frankie to Sly: "Yo, dude. Still look good for you at least considering Reach and/or Fire Makes Steel? Tell me what we need to do. If you want us to overdub the vox w/ Robin, or outright rerecord them...
Lemme know.
Love, Frankie."

Or email from Frankie to Azoff Mgmt: "John, can you follow up with Sly/the production company to see if we're still being considered for the soundtrack or if we need to overdub robin or rerecord?
Thanks
Your client, FS."

Stallone replys back:

"Frankie who? Oh yeah...I think I worked mostly with Jim Peterik, but that's cool. Oh yes, Robin? Who is Robin? He replaced Jimi...who's Jimi? Is hey the guy that sung Eye of the Tiger? No, who was that? Who's Dave? What was the question again?

From everything I understand the relationship was more Stallone and Frankie via mutual friend Tony Scotti than Stallone and Peterik.
