New Survivor

Well after listening briefly, I have a few opinions....

At first I thought that it sounded like a cross between Quiet Riot and the Scorpions signing Survivor....

After hearing Robin's versions, it makes you realize (although we argue so much about it) just how close in voice JJ and Dave really are. They are different, but it's like the flip side of the same coin....Hearing Robin, it reminds me a lot of hearing John Corabi sing with Motley Cure. It's not bad and in some places really good, but in no way similiar. Maybe if they wanted to go in a different direction and a new direction that is what they needed.

Robin is definetly not a Steve Aguri/Steve Perry sound alike...He's got his own style...

It is a pretty good quality boot by the way and the band does sound re-energized....

However, I assume it's Frankie, but someone keeps chiming in on the background vocals and it's down right awful...almost ruins the entire bootleg. It's really, really bad....Darn near comical...

But it's a good boot and I like the song list...it will just take some getting used to.

Agreed Eyeof, Robin will take some getting used to. I think he's a good singer, just has his own style. It's still weird to me.
