Did anyone see the movie? I thought it was a pretty good movie...really stipped down and back to it's original roots...Much the way the latest James Bond movie is...

As for no Survivor in the movie, after seeing it, I can understand this...As I said, it was stripped down of all the '80's excess etc, and back to the original and it worked for the movie...

I enjoyed it, and was just wondering about the rest of you?

This is a very good point and I hadn't looked at it like this... not only no survivor but no rock in the film at all, just Conti's score.

For the record, I agree about the movie, fucking LOVED it.

yes...and i think they even played this fact up with the part where paulie picks Frank Sinatra for Rocky to enter the ring to...it was perfect...and just showed the movie's stripped down roots...

I do not have any problems with there being no Survivor in the movie although the did play a Killers song in the movie so there was some rock.

I enjoyed the movie and thought the tied everything up nicely...would've liked it better if Adrienne wasn't killed before the movie started. Just think they needed to tie in as many of the old characters as they could. I liked how Spyder Rico was in it though...that made me laugh.

I enjoyed the movie. Still can't beat 3 and 4, but worthy of the series. Definately seemed to end the series without actually doing anything drastic...that was good.
