ROFLMAO Eyeof, I adore your polls!!!

Y'all can guess which one I picked. I will say that I very nearly picked Stephan and the alligator but I came to my senses.

I almost clicked Steph!! lol

But, I am a fan of the songs first and the singing 2nd...Not sold on Robin yet his tv performance was shitty but he's a WORLD class singer and Time will tell. I luved the show I saw last august with them and I can't wait to see the band again.

the band themselves is the tightest the group ever had musically.

Yes bro I thought so. It wasn't the same but I dug alot of it. But then again if your a "greatest hits fan" you didn't like that show as much ..there was still I can't hold back the search and you had the full version of burning farts (which fuckin rocked!) and was good to hear and of course eye... but it was alot of non hits and they were fairly tight musically..i was a big fan of the show.

good stuff. hard, fast and balls out rockin'

I'd rather listen to "Mecca'....and Pride of Lions is a joke. 'Souond of Home' is the only good track.

Where did you get these combos from. Why not Jimi and Peterik? They do more dates than Bickler and Peterik.

I still say Survivor but I'd settle for "Survivor" in case of a Survivor cancellation.

So we'll take Survivor, but we'll settle for "Survivor" and if we can't have that then maybe Survivor featuring...or what about Survivor kind of becomes like the Love Boat and we have special guest stars this week.....so it's Survivor guest staring Paul Williams and Dion Warrick......."Soon we'll be making another round..."

Well, I've seen Survivor with Jimi several times.
I've seen Survivor with Dave several times.
I've seen Jimi's "Survivor" several times.
And I have now seen Survivor with Robin.

So I would love to see the Bickler and Peterik combo.

But if any of the members of Survivor are performing and it's within a distance that I can drive to, I'm there.

So, does anyone know if Peterik and Jamison will actually be performing together at that show in South Bend?

Peterik and Kevin Chalfant are good friends, Chalfant was almost the lead singer of Survivor back in the 80's, and Chalfant has performed at the very least "I Can't Hold Back" with Peterik, so might Peterik and Chalfant perform any Survivor songs together at that show?

End of the day, wherever Frankie is to me is Survivor and that's always my first choice.

It's too bad we couldn't get everyone together bickler, jp, and sullivan. Red you and I don't agree much but I think we can both agree that Frankie is critical to achieve the signature Survivor sound.

That's ALWAYS been my prediliction, every Since I heard of Survivor in 1982. Although it would break my heart to ever see Sullivan/Droubay part. On the minus side, Songwriting I would prefer Sullivan/Peterik. No one added, no one in between, no one taken away. .

But always remember:

It HAS been written. 8)

Hey, my dream is to have Jamison, Bickler, Sullivan, Peterik, Droubay and Ellis all in the band together!

Since both Jimi and Dave are getting up in age in terms of singing and how it affects ones voice, it would mean that neither guy would have to much of the vocal burden placed on them.

I agree that Frankie is the member who is most important to the Survivor sound. But Peterik is strongly missed in the song writting department!!!

Ellis was always the perfect Bass player to be teamed with Droubay and it's a shame that he's not still in the band.

That would be a dream!!! I would make sense with their voice but it´s an impossible dream. :(

But I also agree, Frankie IS Survivor.

I agree with that. Having Droubay around is absolutely CRITICAL right now and basically keeps this from becoming what Foreigner, great as they still are, is.
