In other words if you could have more than one vocalist, more than one guitarist etc, etc.
Here's my list...
Jimi Jamison lead and backing vocals
Steve Perry lead and backing Vocals
Neal schon lead and rhythm guitar
Frankie sullivan lead and rhythm guitar backing vocals
Jonathan Cain keyboards backing vocals
Steve Smith drums
Ross valory bass
The songwriting would be handled by Jim Peterik (even though I didn't put him in the band) and Frankie sullivan and Jonathan Cain.
If I were to include Peterik in the band they could have Cain and Peterik alternating between being the keyboardist and a third guitarist, on one song Cain is the keyboardist with Peterik being the third guitarist, and on the next song Peterik would be the keyboardist with Cain being the third guitarist. In that case you could also include Peterik in on the backing vocals. The problem would be that there might be too much guitar (can't believe I'm saying that) in the songs? And it might be a little too much backing vocals?
It's hard for me to not name Droubay as the drummer or Stephan Ellis as the bass player, but I have to give a slight edge to Valory over Ellis, and Smith is technically the more skilled drummer, although I love the bold and authoritative sound of Droubay's drumming.
It's also hard for me to not name Dave Bickler as one of the 2 lead vocalists.
I know this probably seems silly, especially with that many guys all in one band, but try to name what your own dream band would be.
