It certainly doesn't sound like a new album will be out anytime soon unless they are keeping it under wraps. Here's a quote from Robin: "We are hoping to start writing new material and focusing on the elements that make this band and their songs great, so we are anxious and excited about working together to create our own stamp on the music.”

It does sound that they will be playing MSG and stuff off of Business as usual. Here's another quote from Robin:
“Fans of my MSG years want to hear me and as long as the promoter and fans are happy we’ll consider them.”

Good interview. The band sounds energized. For those hoping wanting a new album I suggest picking up Business As Usual. It will give you a good take on what future Survivor may sound like.

Wow Joe. Once again such a positive contribution. Can we be somewhat objective here or is that task too daunting? These guys get press, they tour, they are involved in projects. Sounds to me like they are sticking around for sometime. They are very relevant. So Joe you equate a new album with activity? I'm just trying to get your definition. You do realize Joe that these groups pay their bills from touring not putting out albums.
