Come on guys...

"I don't want to, drink my whisky like you do...

"I don't need to, spend my money, but I still do...."

Look, nobody can replace a legend like KD...but Robin can sure try...

Better fit for McQR than McSurvivor.

My goodness yes, we've always said that McSurvivor sounded like Quite Riot...

Plus, you put McAuley with that level of a band, and who know what could happen...Maybe even a hit song...or an appearance on a national TV show???

IMO he is a much better singer than DuBrow was. His voice would fit their songs well, too.

I agree that he probably has better vox, but that material would be good for him...

You do have to give DeBrow credit, he really made those songs his...

I agree on both accounts. Robin is a better singer than DuBrow was. I don't usually like those types of singing voices overall, but I've always liked Robin's voice ever since the late 80's early 90's when "Anytime" was a hit for MSG. Yes, Jimi and Dave were better suited for Survivor, but Robin's doing a good job in the band. But I agree that Robin's voice would be good for QR also.

The only reason you want Robin to quit with Survivor is to get back dave on vox .....

Agree also. But I don't believe that QR will live again. It was Kevin's Band (hope I said nothing wrong with that...)

Darn....you figured me out...maybe if this was football or something we could trade FS and McSurivor to QR for a third round draft pick and a guitar player...then we'll release grove on waivers and sign Dave and JP as free agents. At that point I might trade for Dunaway, sending that thrid round pick and Billy O for Dunaway and a box of guitar pics and a six pack of gatorade.

Call it Eyeof's Survivor...

Wouldn't be surprised if they stopped as you said but I have a feeling they'll give it a go with another signer, one more try.

If they want to go to the "legacy" sound they actually SHOULD call McCauley.

This picture reminds me of something I've been meaning to ask for a long time. What is that joke about Stephan Ellis and an alligator all about?
