EDDIE MONEY

:D I have seen Eddie about 25 times in concert and he tours crazy.. Chris will get a lot of work now.. Eddie is very down to earth and true to his fans I have met him many times. Eddie is very much in demand for State Fairs and Casinos Worldwide. He is my personal favorite live performer.

In my opinion he is a classic rock legend.

Eddie seems like a really cool guy and he's quite entertaining live, even throwing in some self-deprecating humor at times. Like when he plugged one of his mech shirts featuring a picture of him from the 80s and obviously looking much better, remarking "Yep, that's me, 3 rehabs ago" or something to that effect.

Endless Nights holds a special place in my heart because I think it's one of his best songs that for whatever reason never makes it onto any of his GH compilations. More importantly, my two best childhood friends growing up were two brothers whose father was a producer and songwriter who co-wrote this song, John Cesario, Sr. That's my connection to the Money Man. I was thrilled when he pulled it out live in January when I caught him at the Cleveland House of Blues.

Eddie is a very cool guy. I met him about 5 years ago at a gig. I got to watch his show from stage left. Wow! What energy. I like the fact how he does make fun of himself. "Walk On Water" is a classic!

:D Hey that was cool .. Grove on keys too .. Do you have the set list from the show?
I wonder why Randy Forrester left the band.. Tommy Girvin is awesome .
Eddie knows how to treat his fans and has lots of merchandise available for sale .

Hey Bulldog,

I don't really remember the set list that well. I do know he started with Two Tickets and encored with Shakin'. He did play Peace In Our Time, Think I'm In Love, Walk On Water, Take Me Home Tonight, Wanna Go Back, Gimme Some Water, You Don't Know Me. Those are some I just remember off of the top of my head. I hope that helps. Eddie and band mingled with the crowd after the show. Those guys are class. His merchandise sales also go to help charities.

I saw Eddie last summer. Hell of a guy putting on a hell of a show. I talked to him for about ten minutes after the gig (and his daughter for about twenty! )

Non-stop rock action in his shows. Yeah, he did make fun of himself here and there...

"I gotta thank Pepsi for stepping it up and sponsoring tonight's show. I was afraid it would be Coke again! I had enough coke back in the 80s, lemme tell ya!"

He's got a very distinctive voice and persona. "Take Me Home Tonight" is another great song.

The best thing about Eddie is that he is the "real deal." He is the genuine article!

Eddie should have had a follow up to Ready Eddie . He has recorded a few dvds and his entire hits re-recorded as well but he hasn't released any of them.
I saw him last 4 times last year .. I went to Mohegan Sun Casino too and Ronnie Spector came out and sang Take Me Home Tonight with him.. It was surreal. Eddie still rocks .. It is disappointing it is so hard to get new songs on radio.. I heard his country version of Gimme Some Water on the radio.. :D Eddie should get together with Frontiers and do a cd.. Melodicrock isn't popular in America anymore.

Wow - that would be awesome! Did she come out for a lot of his dates last year or just a few?

Bulldog,

Did you see my interview with Eddie I did recently. He really explains why he isn't doing a rock record.

Thank you so much weather. I enjoyed doing the interview. He was very gracious and extremely generous with his time. The whole band is terrific.
