Peterik, Anti-drinking-and-driving commercial

I've been meaning to mention this for a few weeks now.

I've been hearing a version of the Ides Of March song "Vehicle" that Jim Peterik sang that is being used as an Anti-drunk-driving commercial. I've heard it several times on the radio.

Years ago I used to her Jimi Jamison doing vocals for an Eastern Onion commercial.

And of course we all know about Dave Bickler's Bud Light commercials.

I remember back in '87 or so, Survivor (with JP/FS and JJ) were in a anti-drink driving commercial. I think it was JP who says in it "...otherwise you won't survive". Not verbatim. Or was it JJ? The three were sitting on some chairs while they gave the message.
