Isn't this sort of like acknowledging that JJ had the theme song to one of the MOST POPULAR TV SERIES of all time? Baywatch was reaching MILLIONS worldwide every week for years, not to mention syndication.

And just because I am a stickler for details sometimes, DWTS was not two years ago. Two SEASONS ago but just last year...

After Billions of people able to listen to Im Always Here, what was it charts ranking? Just wondering.

Higher than the chart ranking of EOTT AFTER the performance on DWTS...

I don't think EOTT on DWTS was released in the charts.

Actually I think EOTT does quite well on I-TUNES. I don't think the same can be said for 'I'M ALWAYS HERE'.

Yeah, its cool EOTT continues to astound after all these years (no pun intended with the Journey song. LOL!)

It doesn't have to be "released" to charts. The song was performed on DWTS which reaches millions. It is a good point that there was likely a surge at i-Tunes after the performance. But as far as radio play causing the band to chart with the song...none. When JJ's song was the theme to Baywatch, it did chart somewhere initially. If there had been an iTunes back then we might have been able to compar the two. But realistically, this is apples and oranges now.

I can see an album with everyone OTHER than Francis in the works.

FS owns the band. Besides, the new album is due out right around the time our next President turns 73.

Wait. Since it appears all but inevitable Obama will win, that means the "new" "Survivor" record will be out in 2035. Right on target.
But around town, it was well known...when they got home at night
Their fat and psychopathic wives
Would thrash them within inches of their lives!

What do people think of when they hear Im Always Here? EOTT I think of grittiness, fighting against all odds, etc. With IAH I suppose the color red comes to mind

LOL.....You are right about that. I was more partial to Erika Eliniak in her prime. The show had great shall I say "jiggle" to it. It isn't Survivor but it is a catchy tune and I'm sure JJ likes going to the mailbox for those royalty checks!

defo my friend! lol i prefer erika 2 but u cudint remember her name, lol. she was much nicer with a far better 'jiggle' lol. im sure JJ is comfortable with the money he made from that song cause it was the number 1 show for a long time. and lets face it, 'im always here' was far better than the songs dave hassellhoff used to sing :D
