Honestly, I'd support both bands. Kelly Hansen kicks ass and Lou is a specimen to be out there singing and traveling after all the shit he's been through. I

I thought TOO LATE was a great song! Kelly rocks.

Too late is alright for me. It doesn't seem to break any new ground though. Vocals are excellent!

MarcelJordan, Joe-V and myself certainly don't bash Sullivan, and there are a few others who don't say very much negative stuff about Frank.

You are right. You are one of the handful that gives FS a fair shake on the board, but the bashing is well documented.

I agree that is doesn't break new ground, but what impressed me was that it sounded LIKE FOREIGNER. It passed the test easily.

I don't bash Frankie. I don't know the man. He's a great guitar player. The only negative thing I'll say about the guy is he doesn't seem to care too much about appeasing his fans' demand for more shows and material.

I think that almost everyone on this forum knows that Sullivan is a great guitarist. I think most of the problems that many of the forum members have with him are separate from his talent.

Yeah, well, it's just like I tell the self-righteous folks over at the Journey forum. I don't care if he rapes chipmunks, it's not gonna stop me from enjoying his playing/writing like I enjoy Neal's and Cain's. Even if you do care, how do you really know the person he is, ya know? If my life, relationships, and business were all in the public eye, I'm sure you could take a selection of it and make me look like a dick too. It's nice to find out a musical or athletic idol is a down-to-earth nice guy, but finding out they aren't shouldn't make you stop liking their music.

I don't know what you guys think about this but to me FS is a great family man and he means well in everything he does. That trumps over what he has released or not.

Go to survivormusic.com, he's opening up as much as he can by answering people's musical questions. Be considerate. With that spirit mind, maybe you'll find the man he is. The site is free to get in.

My advise is to leave your suppositions out the door. Go there, ask him how things came about, any tune you wish to think about. See what he has to say. Leave your assumptions behind.

Problem with that is you're getting only his version and I'm sure he's going to make himself look good in the best light possible.
Until others(Jim) tell what happen, we'll never know the whole story of why nobody(Jim,Jimi,Dave) wants to work w/ sullivan anymore.
Jimi told his version and was blasted by slander for lying etc. etc. etc. Now Jim and Jimi do an interview which doesn't exactly cast sullivan in a good light and he starts crying to Andrew about it.
Good God! Man up and quit your bitching.....do an interview and tell your side or quit crying about others telling their side of things. I'm actually shocked that he didn't threaten to sue Andrew again for "slander" concerning the comments that were made. However veiled they may have or not been.

Like I said Axe. Frankie doesn't have to beat his chest and say look at me, look at me! I'm the magic of Survivor. Thanks for proving my point Axe. Frankie doesn't need to go public. He's got too much class! Yeah quit spouting JP and JJ's resume like you have an inferiority complex. Your are rather dull axe at this point.

You are absolutely right slander...he doesn't have to go public and beat his chest. He would rather sit back and cry and whine like a little bitch....."Waaaaaahh they're picking on me Andrew......make 'em stop." Fucking pussy.

Ok, that'll do. Enough has been said and done and there is/are no issues between me and Frankie or anyone else in the Survivor family. I love 'em all and have the greatest respect for their musical legacy.

Move on folks...
