Jimi Jamison to headline Rockfest ....

Jimi Jamison will headline a 9 band rock festival in England on November 21st.
Tickets for the event go on sale on April 6th and joining Jimi at Rockfest will be American rockers Lillian Axe, Brilliant British AORsters Dare, Jaded Heart singer Michael Bormann, Norways Stage Dolls and Serpentine ( ex Shy and TNT singer Tony Mills newest project).
There are 3 bands to be named including the very special guest slot just before Jimi. Also Jimi's backing band will be named tomorrow ....

My wife and I are travelling from Florida for the event where we will witness songs from Jimi's current masterpiece Crossroads Moment as well as his other solo work and Survivor.

Darren! I never made the connection until this post by you. I had no idea you came here, too, and this was you. I'm really eager to hear of the rest of the lineup myself.

Have you looked into hotels yet? I'm thinking of grabbing something close, but still inexpensive, as I wouldn't be renting a car. Hate to find out later that I can go, only to end up with something too far away.

Nah, I haven't been out of the US in about 7 years and I have no clue about Dudley. I was hoping, since you definitely plan on going, that you would have already done more of the logistical leg work than I had.

Right now, it's more of an "I'd-like-to-go" kind of event, but to make it worth the hassle/expense, it would have to become an "I-need-to-go!" event after Mark announces the rest of the bands, provided the funds are there for me later in the year.
