JV I'll I have to say is: Jim McMahon, Bounty, Charles Martin! Nuff said. No Chicagoan should be doing the Packer fight song!

Except that you forget that Jimmy Mac later PLAYED for the packers and won a super bowl with them as Favre's back up.

Love McMahon! But was there a team this guy didn't play for? He was the Bobby Bonds/Dave Kingman of the NFL!

I think between McMahon and Bubby Brister they covered all 28 teams at the time...

Sorry guys but Jimmy Mc is the worst qb to probably ever win a super bowl! I thought I'd take some heat of JV!

I think Trent Dilfer from the Ravens may get that distinction.

No kidding slander...god did Dilfer suck. Although Brad Johnson with Tampa in 03 was just about as bad. Wasn't for that defense Oakland probably wins that game with another stiff Rich Gannon at QB. That might the worst 2 starting QB's for a Super bowl to ever start the same game.

Well, i was trying to rile you guys up a bit...

Dilfer is probably the worst and Johnson is up there as well....

The different is, they both knew they were not very good and you did not see much of them.

McMahon, the dude was every where and at the time a star!

I guess we should give credit where it is due, for him making the most of what he had. But, I'm not sure that Steve Fuller and Mike Tomczak weren't better at the time...

What McMahon could do, that Tomczak and later Flutie could not do was ignore the rants of Ditka when needed...

Funny how good that '85 team was, also amazing how fast it self destructed.

Damn I forgot about that! And how the hell does Payton not get a chance to score a TD in the Super Bowl? I still don't get that. Why did the fridge get the carry?

Hey Joe

I hate to see JP without an Illinois license but......
JJ is right. He and JP wrote Bring on the Heroes.
I think it was meant to be a commercial. Don't know if it was ever selected or used.
I heard it...JJ had good vocals on that song.
