It's called misleading and unethical promotion...simple. Bullshit, and it is the number one thing I HATE about the music business....

I have a book that I bought back in 1985 of all of the #1 songs on the Billboard charts from 1955 through 1985. The band photo that the book uses for Survivor for Eye Of The Tiger is from the Vital Signs time period, with Jimi in the photo.

Jimi seems like he is having fun out there keeping the fans happy. I think he should hit the studio and re-record Survivor tunes . Sullivan doesn't seem to be aggressive enough to get new tunes out there or play enough live shows for the fans. It's all about the fans in the end .
Maybe one day Bickler & Jamo can do a small casino tour playing all the hits.

Not sure if you are saying it's okay for him to call himself the 'Voice of the Tiger' because he's in this picture...
I gotta agree with JV here. On top of misleading and unethical, it's also grandiose for him to think ANYONE attributes that song to him. All I can say is, 'Wow'

So we maybe get two Jimi-records in 2011. Fine!
I've just checked Dave 's site (http://www.davebickler.com/): "Album soon". But I don't know how old this entry is.
Frankie? Jim?

I told him I was done with him.
At any rate, he called me a week or so later to tell me he had remembered why he thought that way about Survivor and that song. He said all it reminded him of that old cheesey coffee commerical where the band was following some guy around. This is not bashing the commercial, just a funny perspective from a different generation...

If I remember correctly, it's Glen throughout most of the commercial, and after Glen leaves, Roy appears, and the band starts singing to him instead.

Or anyone else
I just finished reading an interview with Jimi Jamison on another website. The interview was done in 2007. In that interview, Jimi said that he and Joe Lynn Turner and Kevin Chalfant were planning on touring together, and probably with other singers as well.
Does anyone know if that tour ever took place, or if there are still plans for it in the future?
