Would be a BLAST to hear (Finally!) the legendary demo of "Velocitized" with Jamo on lead vocals, since
it,s been years fans are requesting that song.

I hope that in time there will be some unreleased material of Jimi's that sees the light of day. He recorded a lot of great demos that have never officially been released. Unfortunately, most of those that I have are very poor sounding. Not Jimi's voice, it's great, and the songs are great. But the recording quality is horrible. I would love to hear those given a proper release.

And yes, I would LOVE to hear the Survivor version of Velocitized

Frankie claimed several years back that he was going to release a bunch of previously unreleased Survivor songs. More than ever, it's time for him or Peterik to do that!

I (And many others) have a CD with a bunch of demos that Jimi recorded for a solo album that unfortunately never came out. The songs are good, Jimi sounds great, but it sounds like it was recorded with an old tape recorder.

One of the songs, "Power Over Me," is one of the more catchy songs he ever recorded outside of Survivor. In addition to the CD with the demos that I have, there are, or at least were, some unreleased songs that Jimi recorded that are posted on Youtube.

Also, Survivor recorded a number of demos in the past (In addition to the "Fire Makes Steel" demos) that didn't make it on to albums, and Frankie Sullivan claimed a few years ago that he was going to release them, but never did.

Back about 19 years ago, Jimi told me that he was going to send me a bunch of recordings that he sang on, but he never did. He probably forgot, and I never mentioned it again because I didn't want to seem pushy.

Except for the 2001 Hachenburg boot I've never heard any other version of "Velocitized".

I see some traders with really rare bootlegs from Survivor, JJ and JP, but they want material they don't have(me neither!) in exchange

I'm looking for Survivor Reach Demos, JP full Songwriting Demos 89-91, Haymakers Live 1979(Rockin' Into The Night Live) and the rest of JJ early 90's.

Maybe if we join forces, we can get most of the material up for sharing.
