One of the Target albums is available on iTunes, although bizarrely it is a recording made from vinyl! I have managed to download both Target albums now from a slightly dodgy website, but if that's the only way you can hear them then so be it. I would still buy the CDs if they were released. It's just a shame they weren't released whilst Jimi was still alive and able to benefit from them being out there. He did respond positively to questions on Reverbnation about this very subject actually.
