Now i'm confident that as soon as Frankie is done suing JJ, the TV show Survivor, Andrew and John McCain, he will be able to shift full attention to that new album that is coming out jan. two years ago....please....

Is does make sense though, this Frankie Obama thing...

Really Red it does...I HAVE FIGURED IT OUT!!!

Frankie knows that under Obama's tax plan there is a series penalty for making over $250,000 a year...therefore, he is dedicated to touring as little as possible and putting out no new material, as to not go over that max point...

It FINALLY makes sense....

Perhaps FS thinks that giving a 300 billion dollar tax cut to big oil isn't such a hot idea. Perhaps a better idea would be to give the middle class a tax cut so "joe average' can afford to buy a cd or go to a concert. At last check the music industry wasn't doing so hot.

That is funny.

But in all seriousness I do agree with Frank on not letting McCain use EOTT if he doesn't want him to.

I know, that is a good point.

I guess in a case like that that Jim and Frank should discuss it, and try to come to some agreement?

If that were the case. I would say forget McCain. Lets talk about more serious subject like Survivor.

Actually, I almost followed up my "discuss it, and try to come to some agreement" comment with saying that I wish they'd do that to resolve past issues with one-another and put the band back together the right way. I'm not saying that to be negative about the current lineup of the band, I'm still a fan. But Peterik and Sullivan need to reunite within Survivor.

Peterik, Sullivan, Droubay and either Jamison or Bickler on lead vocals. Or better yet, both. :D

Ellis would be a nice bonus as well, but I don't see it happening.

I doubt JP would want his masterpiece associated with the hate speech at some of the rallies. JP is a good man.

I'm fucking tired of these pretentious left wing artists like Sullivan, the Wilson sisters, Perry and Mellencamp whining about their precious songs being used. First of all, there's nothing they can do when these songs are being played in the settings they're being played in. With the proper licensing and ASCAP fees paid this is no different than a DJ playing the fucking Humpty Dance at your wedding. It's background music. Period. Besides, who the fuck even knows who Frankie Sullivan is in this world? This is nothing more than a few insecure narcissists taking a final passive agressive stab at seeing their dope-sagged mugs on TV. If EOTT were played at a rally for that long-legged freak Obama I doubt FS would have a problem with it. Pretty sad considering Obama has been an ardent and open supporter of racism and anti-american views for 20+ years. His relationship with Jeremiah Wright is concrete proof of that. Even the OJ jury could fucking figure that one out.

LOL, hate speech. That's rich coming from an ostensible Obama supporter. Hell, even if you aren't, gimme a break.

If BO wanted to use a Nuge song, then I'd say fuck Nuge for saying otherwise. No different for these left-wing musicians and their attention-mongering.

I don't care what anyone polictics is on here, but you really have no right to label anything 'hate' speeches...that is plain ignorant...even from you Slander...

And to say "JP" is a good man, so he would not want that...even more passive agressive cut downs....everyone is entitled to an opinion...I have mine, you have yours....difference is...I haven't insulted yours....Is this election has been made into a race issue, I think we can all tell exactly who wanted that...Now you tell me...what is hate?

No you are being naive my friend. Hate speech. Yeah it does exist. What the fuck do you think Hitler was spewing when it led to the elimination of the Jews! It does exist. It was hate speech that urged that fuck-stick Timothy McVeigh to kill innocent women and children in OK. city. So I'm sorry Eyeof, I make no apologizies when it comes to this topic. I call it for what it is! When someone shouts out "kill him" when Obama's name is mentioned that is hate speech. Or when they use the "n" word at a Palin rally that is hate speech. Fuck you McCain supporters should grow a pair and own it. I can't blame FS for not wanting his song to be associated with some of these ignorant bastards. Like I said in my previous post, these people do have the right to say what they want and I will defend them, but I'm sure as shit going to call them on it.

Bullshit. Hate speech was used quite effectively in places like 1930's Germany, South Africa, hmmm how about right now by the Sudanese government about the people of Darfur. How can you be so naive!

Concrete proof? God you are naive. I don't like Jeremiah Wrights words, but you know what? He actually was a US Marine and fought to say what he wanted to say. Did you have the stones to do that? I'll tell you what don't hold Obama responsible for Wright and I won't hold you responsible for the KKK. Fair enough?

Both of these examples are wrong. The "kill him" comment was proven to be unfounded. I just read the whole wikipedia article on McVeigh and no hate speech was involved unless you consider anti-government rheotric, hate speech. Which in that case I would disagree with you.

I sent you a link to a news report from a Palin rally. Did you not view it? It was full of hate speech. Please don't be in denial. McCain WAS smart to stop doing this as it has backfired.

The specific "kill him" was proven wrong even by the secret service. I'm sure if we went to some Obama rallies some of the blacks wouldn't have nice things to say about whitey and that's excluding Rev. Wright.

No FUCK you Slander...You are one ignorant fool.

You want to compare anyone to Hilter, look at your boy Osama, i mean Obama...

They give the classic SS rhetoric when confronted on any issue of his 'suspect supporters'....the same line...

"This is not about his associations...it's about the issues.."

That my naive friend, is the exact way Hitler took over a nation and convinced them to overlook his assocaitons and beliefs, in the name of nationalism and state pride...

WITH THAT SAID. DON"T YOU EVER CALL ME NAIVE OR INSULT ME THAT WAY AGAIN, YOU FUCKING IGNORANT DUMBASS.

First of all I want to be the first to apologize to the board for my last post...That is not what this board is about and shouldn't be about...

It just hit a wrong nerve with me... I simply can't stand for someone to stand up on a soap box, anoint themselves as some kind of voice of truth and knower of all and call the rest of us names, while insulting us…

I don’t care what your opinion is and there is plenty of fault on all sides to go around…as for the other, any idiot can sit in a crowd and yell anything they like, but what does that mean?

At any rate, you have no write to come on here name calling and treating people as there are stupid. Truth is nothing is so black and white and the ideological difference of both candidates could probably slip through the eye of a needle….

With that said, Slander you were out of line and you – as I have – owe the board an apology.

Amen. On top of that. I haven't accused anyone here of being hateful. The disagreement was whether or not hate speech exists. I believe it does and FS should have the right not to play his song at a rally where the "n" word and other racial comments are made.
