Mgmt emailed and suggested we set up a phone interview instead. Stay tuned.

Sounds good. Don't hold back!

I just posted a bit ago that I had never seen them live with Dave on vocals. However, I just remembered they played the ballroom (inside the Bone Student Center) at Illinois State University (Normal, IL) for $1 or $5? (I'm not joking) mid 90's or so when I was there. I think Dave was on vocals then, but I don't remember if Peterik was with them or not. Can anyone confirm?

Andrew, Reading about you asking for that interview made me laugh thinking about that really strange interview that JJ gave you just after Reach was released...

You could sure tell then there were issues...

Why is it that you think that Dave and JJ keep going back to FS? Nothing else to do? There can't be that much money in it...

Will try and get some answers Monday at 7pm when I interview Frankie.

And yes, that old Jamo interview was horrible.

I blew Frankie off again. Oops.

I've got issues with gear needed to record the interview that I'm trying to fix. Hopefully this week. Frankie's ok with that.

I have seen them with Bickler in 1999. He did not leave a favorable impression with me. He looked like a homeless drug addict and even spoke about getting high during the concert I saw him. Actually saw him back stage but with my fiance did not approach him. Not only did Dave look uncomfortable on stage, Frankie did not even seem comfortable with him. I see why he was once again replaced by Jamison. I know many of you hardcore fans won't like to hear that, but that was my impression the ONE time I saw him.

I've spoken with Dave backstage before or after Survivor shows a few times. He seems like a quiet and private person, but still polite and friendly enough.

He's not as good of a front-man as Jamison is. And in fact I'm a bigger fan of Jamison's singing, although I do love Bickler's singing, and I am glad that he's back in the band along with Jamison.

I've never heard him say anything about drugs myself, so it comes as a surprise to hear that he made reference to getting high, unless it was strictly a "High On You" reference. And I've definitely never seen Dave look like a homeless drug addict!!!

I really like Daves voice. I had never seen him perform live and was shocked when I seen clips of them recently
at the casino. First of all it did not seem like they had rehearsed at all. Dave looked like a guy who was pulled out from
the audience to sing. I was expecting someone with his many years of performing to look comfortable on stage.
Jimi seemed fine. I thought sound wise they were pretty good, If they polish things up it could be a pretty cool
show with both of them.
