Since I do not know much about Survivor's history, I thought I would ask two questions.
1) How many CDs were there with Dave on vocals?
2) Why did Dave leave?

Eye Of The Tiger(1982)
Caught In the Game(1983)
The reason he quit the band is Dave got throat problems and had to leave the band. Jimi Jamison won the audition and he leads the vocal from Karate Kid theme THE MOMENT OF TRUTH.
