survivorfan2005 wrote:Yeah, I like all of the guys. Survivor is exactly that no matter what the "modern" style is, who is the singer, or if Frankie has an ego or not (if I could play a guitar like that I would..). I like Dave same as Jimi and same as Robin. Eventhough I don't know Robin all that well he is doing his best to bring to the fans and make them happy. I mean, the band could've stayed disbanded back in the late 80's right? As a singer myself, I believe that music is real only if you can feel it and with Survivor, millions do no matter the singer. People just get caught in the game to realize it.![]()
You guys know one way you can get a sample of this new era? Just listen to Robin's CD "Business as Usual" Frankie was a big part of that solo album. Anyone ever hear any of the songs on this album?

I could see Reach playing over the end credits, but Fire Makes Steel is perfect for the training/fight scene montage(s). The training montage should kick off with Sly getting early AM up to the Conti slow lonely man kinda theme, then as he comes out his door as soon as he clicks the door shut, in comes Frankie's first chord of FMS and Sly takes off jogging with smoke coming out as breath....and let it play, baby.
Then a few seconds later when that huge drum smash of Droubay happens that kicks the song up anohther nothch you cut away to Stallone smashing a side a beef in the warehouse at the instant you hear Marc's drum impact.
Me and Dave28 came up with all this, how yiz like it?
