Jim and Jimi

I checked out Jim Peteriks website and read on the first page that he played some songs with Jimi Jamison on a charity-consert. Have anyone else heard anything about this? Maybe there is something going on

This is taken from Peteriks webpage:

For me- the highpoint was former Survivor lead singer Jimi Jamison joining me onstage to sing a few Survivor classics. After I did my solo set with the band- consisting of “Hold On Loosely” and “Vehicle”- Jimi took the stage and we did a piano only version of “The Search Is Over.” It was magic and the audience seemed to agree. Then the band took the stage and we did “I Can’t Hold Back”- it rocked. We closed with a take no prisoner’s version of “Eye Of The Tiger.” It was a real déjà vu moment for me. Jimi was in great voice. It felt good to restore a small part of that legacy. I wish him all the best. Hopefully this concert will be a building yearly event

Hm.

If the new lineup bombs Azoff Mgmt may maneuver for a Vital Signs era lineup reuinion.

This is interesting.

I have listened to the Robin boot I got, still can't make my mind up if he is the right voice for the group. After there first cd together, maybe if will gel more, if not, maybe this event will keep each in touch, and like 13 said bring back a vital signs era reunion-ERIC

JP says : "We closed with a take no prisoner’s version of “Eye Of The Tiger.” It was a real déjà vu moment for me. Jimi was in great voice. It felt good to restore a small part of that legacy."

Not nitpicking or anything but JJ had not much to do with EOTT being part of the legacy. DB's legacy to be more exact after all they got the grammy for the vocals on it.
