Survivor under New Management?

After going to the Paradise Artists web site to listen to the new recording I decided to re-read the Bio. At the bottom it stated they are managed by Alliance out of Roswell, GA. What happened to Azoff?

Last I heard it was Baruck, of course under the Azoff Mgmt umbrella.
