No. 1 Ranked Survivor Song

Postby Eyeof » Wed Apr 11, 2007 11:43 pm

Okay...in the spirit of the final four...

Let's declare the No. 1 Survivor song of all time...

Here's how we will do it....

Everyone gets six pics.....You'll need to pick them in order of ranking...your No. 1 song get's six points, No. 2 Ffive and down...

Then I'll add all that up...seed the songs and we'll have a bracket with poles each day and the winners advance...

We'll start with 32 songs and work our way down....

So voting for your top five stars today....

In addition: We'll say anything that was a hit (even minor) is already in...so don't nominate the following:

Rebel girl
Somewhere in America
Eye of the Tiger
Amercian Heartbeat
Caught in the Game
The Moment of Truth
Burning Heart
I Can't Hold Back
High on You
The Search is Over
Is This Love
How Much Love
Didn't Know it Was Love
Across the Miles

I'll seed these songs according to largest hit...

Nominations last through the weekend...the tournament starts on Monday....

Let's have some fun....

REVISED

Postby 7 Wishes » Thu Apr 12, 2007 5:13 am

I assume we can't include Jamo & Dave's solo stuff, because that would change my list significantly...damn, it's hard to narrow this down to six songs, because there are about 25 that I listen to at least once a week...

1. Oceans
2. Ever Since the World Began
3. Santa Ana Winds
4. The One That Really Matters
5. Runway Lights
6. Rebel Son

You can usually get them on ebay. I've seen them up for bid quite a bit.

No, not in so many words, I guess.

I will say your nomination Of Desperate Dreams is stupendous though. 8)

Plus I'm realizing now I was a little rough with you as When Seconds Count's not a ballad, either.

Eyeof, either way- that would be great! I'd owe you one...or more than one...I've got a helluva collection of all things melodic and 80's, so PM me and we can make a swap...cool!

Great poll, by the way...you seem to have a very statistical mind...engineer?
