New Survivor Band Note-What An Honor For Survivor

Postby Slander » Fri Sep 21, 2007 4:09 am

A new band note has been posted on Survivormusic.com. Wow. What a great honor. A testament to this great group.

9/20/07 - Here We Come...

We have been invited to perform at The Appreciation Show for all of the troops at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba! We have never been to Cuba so this will be a first. We get to fly over and back on a private Navy Jet and will be put up in the barracks. Is there anything better than a Rock N’ Roll Band getting the chance to do this? Not in my book.

It is the highest honor to be invited to a place where basically nobody goes and perform for our troops and show them how much we all appreciate their hard work and dedication.

It is Great to be an American and even better when one appreciates it.

More to Follow…

Wow! Cool but I think I'd actually be scared, the weather is kinda bad right now down in that area isn't it with hurricane season and all. Maybe I'm wrong, I was never very good at Geography, then neither was FRankie! LOL!

LOL! True very true. I think this is great for the band. I for one was hoping somehow they would end up playing Andrew's gig in South Bend.
