Survivor Playlist

:D I just found the new compliation at Walmart tonight. I enjoyed the song by song stories . Frankie seemes very high on Dave Bickler in this . There is no doubt to me that the older sound of Survivor is better than the pop stuff . The pop stuff made money though and there you have it. Vital Signs should have had more tunes on this than just the big 3. When Seconds Count seems to never get any kind of plug . I am sure there are songs in the vault they could have put on here .

It is hard to compare the sounds between both styles . The sheer power of the pre-Jamison era is pretty damn amazing and I listen to these tunes all the time.
My favorite cd of Survivor is Caught In The Game .

Nothing new here unless you don't have a odd song.

I hope I can get my hands on it. Too much Survivor is never enough for me. LOL!

Great Album. Santa Ana Winds needs to be played live. It ranks right up there with the Eagles "Hotel California" as far as I'm concerned. Same feel of mystery, urgency, tension. It's awesome.

One of my all times favorites! Bet you couldn't figure that out!

And just because IMHO they are worth mentioning "Ever Since The World Began", "Chevy Nights", "Silver Girl" and "Hungry Years" .. all
different sounds and different feels but all with the awesome vocals of Bickler. :-)
