I certainly do and will be buying all of them.Rock Candy do a really good job will be interested to see how they do these and who will do the linear notes. My surprise at this though is that they are not difficult to get anymore(sure I know you can't walk into a UK record store and get them, but who does that now anyway!!)so it doesn't really fall in line with the other Rock Candy releases,I would have thought the Target albums would have been a good idea. For the collector like me this is big news though, and pleasing that there is still a big interest in the band.

Not interested in loud and compressed re-mastering. I am interested if these will be the just opposite and come from the master tapes.

anyone know if there are any bonus tracks planned? Live tracks with Dave Bickler on vocals from back in the day would be wonderful...

I am sure there will be extended linear notes and photos etc,in the normal Rock Candy way of doing things.Still say they should release the Target albums on cd.

Speaking of Greatest hits cd's...I was brousing at the store the other day and sad as it is to say, i think Survivor's greatest hits CD/ratio to actual albums might be as bad as Kiss....

You get one studio album every 20 years and four greatest hits albums....enough alreay! And don't give me the notes and photo's deal...if you want to sell me a book, then put out a book!

Ultimates is still the only compilation you need.
I'll buy the new compilation (when I finally see it somewhere) just for scuzz but Ultimates will be the one that gets the spins.

I don't have anything re-issued by Rock Candy, but do they leave the full dynamics in the music when they remaster or do they brick-wall the sound so most of it is just loud? Thanks.

They source the master tapes and do some of the best remastering I have heard. Aside from the Japanese labels...

Hi I have it and it does sound better than Extended Versions, although it isn't a massive difference. It is an essential purchase though as it is the complete show.I am sure Andrew or Jeremy Holiday can give some info about a USA release.

I am sure they have them....but, I would love a REMIX and REMASTER....a NEW feel to GREAT old songs....I know that is a $$$$$$ way of doing these....but c'mon....can you imagine your favorite album REmixed and REmastered.....that would be cool as Hell.....I stay out of that talk with FS....but, maybe I should ;-)

I am a Survivor fan first, and my ULTIMATE Survivor would be a two CD set....6 old demos, 6 LIVE tracks (of the big hits)and a New CD of rippin' melodies and guitar that stomps a mudhole in our %$^

How's them apples JoePa.....HA!

Your thoughts???

Sounds awesome to me....

Anything but a another Best of, Ultimate, Greatest, Gold, Compiliation, Fire in Your Hole or whatever they call it great hits album...

Honestly Joe that would be awesome...I would drive a couple of states if two or three of those 'live' you refer to could be a Bickler tune or two...
