Seriously, how many lawsuits has Frankie filed now?

I saw a commercial on TV last night that made me think about Frankie. It was for the TV show "Survivor." In it they say "The one, the only, the original Survivor."

I don't fault FS for being protective of the Survivor name. I really don't. Having said that, why let the brand become stale? Why make promises you can't keep to die hard fans for so many years. What he does with the name/brand is his business and it's been quite lucrative, so who am I but a low fan to question what he does with it.

Actually, that commercial for the show "Survivor" kind of annoys me. They're NOT "The one, the only, the original" Survivor. And I can somewhat see Frankie's point with Gingrich.

But it would be nice to see Frankie put as much time and energy into working on a new album (And actually releasing it) as he puts into lawsuits!

On one of the sports stations that I was listening to today on the radio, the one guy said that in many ways the fans of a team love the team more than the owner of the team does. In many ways, that describes Frankie Sullivan and Survivor fans. We the fans care more about the bands music than Frankie does.

Frankie was such a huge hypocrite when he claimed that Peterik didn't see any value in Survivor, and Frankie turns around and acts as if the band doesn't matter. No new album, they barely play live, and when they do play, it's very sloppy as of late. It appears that they don't rehearse anymore?

I can see the point slander, but don't you agree if he wants to 'protect' the name Survivor, then stop putting on shit ass performances and lying to the fans...that does more harm than someone playing a song...sorry, it just does...
