Watched "I Can't Hold Back".....they should move the key down a bit more.....JJ having a little issue with the chorus....no harm in doing so, plus it gives him room to really kill it....considering he originally sang it over 25 years ago....JV

Yeah I agree. Sounds like Frankie's struggling with the pitch of the backing vocals in places too - it's just too high.

... and how messy is that solo after the first chorus? *Cringe*

Was hoping those clips posted a few months ago was just a bad show with technical problems...

FRANKIE always struggles LIVE with backing vocals that are simply out of range for him....but that's part of the SURVIVOR LIVE sound.....its been this way forever and i wouldnt want it any other way.....as for JJ he was singing the same in the 80's on I CANT HOLD BACK and these notes are extremely hard to sing even in the studio so imagine having to sing them live every night (well.....hahahaha.....not really in recent years :-).....he has regained his powerful voice in recent years......all these songs are very hard to sing and I like the fact that he's still going for the high notes wether he reaches them and gets close at some other times.........thanks to the person who posted the links
