I'm sure that the biggest reason that Sullivan didn't want to record new material is because of his overwhelming greed. He figures that there's not big money to be made off of a new album, so he wasn't going to do one. Also, maybe he figures that he's nothing without Peterik? Outside of being a great guitar player, that's largely true.

Sullivan may just be the biggest asshole in Rock history? That's nothing to be proud of, Frankie! We're not impressed!!!
