I can't stop listening to this, it's awesome! Some of the songs are played a little bit too fast, I notice, "Oh Sherrie" comes to mind. But that's natural to speed up live.

Thanks DreamAfterDream! I spent many times trying NOT to sound like Steve Perry, but always got put back in that pigeon hole, so finally decided, hey, if you can't beat 'em join 'em. Something To Hide has always been one of my favorites....I could always keep up with Perry during the guitar solo until the last 6 notes or so...

Listening to wheel In The Sky

Only real flaw was the middle minor note chord wail
that was insipid & lacking...
You might want to leave that part out

The rest was great!

Thanks Shadowsong...I agree about the middle note, there are several points in the show where normally I'd go into a head voice/falsetto to hit, and under normal circumstances (not being on stage having sung for at least an hour) I would hit them (sweet & simple, end of Mother Father, wheel in the sky, etc). Live though it's just too unpredictable and I'll take the easy way out with the falsetto. It's easier to sell it during a live show because it's over with so quickly.

Jeremey wrote:Greggie, thanks a lot. Did you see us when we played with Kansas last year? Hopefully our next show in the southwest VA area will be April 22, we are going to buy out the Roanoke Civic Center auditorium for the night and do an Evening with Frontiers there. It's too hard to play clubs locally, so it's best to save up all our local chips and do one or two big shows a year in the area.

Jeremey,

Yes, I did go to that concert and it was one of the best concerts I have ever been to! I was thrilled at the fact that I got to watch both Frontiers and Kansas play together. I will have to make April 22 on my calender and see if I can head up to the 'Noke to watch you guys play!

I'll be at the civic center Jeremy. I hope to see you there Greggie.

I just heard the downloads, thanks to Eric. It's all fabulous, but track #14 of LTS is just awesome.
