As long as we are all on here reminiscing..

13, want to put your pal Deano on laugh control? Just rehash the NFL Grogan game, with Bo Jackson....I swear to God I was crying at work the next day thinking of that...

He didn't play in that game, did he?

I believe Jeff Rutelege Started followed by Ripken followed by BMitch finishing the Body Bag game under center as emergency qb. Gang Green/Buddy Ball at the Escape/Frontiers era of its power.

Yeah, that was a sad game for me. But the Skins went on to beat the Eagles in Veterans Stadium 20-6 in the playoffs. :P

yep, the swan song of Buddy Ball. McMahon gets put in in the second 1/2 for a brief 3 and out and Randoll was pretty much done here. Byner DID put that ball on the carpet and you foreskin fans know it.

It's nice to know I have a least one Redskins bud on here!

I remember watching that body bag game. That was rough!! NIG, do you ever visit www.thewarpath.net? What is your take on this whole Mark Brunell/Patrick Ramsey/Jason Campbell thing? There are fans on that board who are already calling for Joe Gibbs' head and ready to put Brunell back on the bench.

Yeah, Brunell sure has cooled off lately. He was my starting QB in fantasy, but I have now benched him for Vick.

I think Brunell gets worn out as the season progresses. Ramsey would probably be an improvement right now. Starting the rookie Campbell would be suicide for any playoff hopes. Gibbs is one of the top 3 coaches of all time, IMO. They should keep him as long as he wants to be there.

Sorry for the OT post, but he asked so I had to answer! :P

Yeah, sorry I got it off topic as well, but hey the R n R HOF is just boring to me right now! I think you keep in Brunell, he hasn't done anything to lose his job, and I think if it weren't for the turnovers the team has had, we'd probably be talking about competing for homefield advantage in the playoffs.
