SPIKE TV's "Pros vs. Joes"

Hello again all...HAPPY FRIDAY! 8)

I just saw a commercial for this - hmmm...verrrrrrrrrry interesting:

Made me think of you-all :wink:

Here's the show's concept:

"Average Joe - armchair - wannabe - athletes", who grumble and complain and say things like:

"oh, COME ON - even *I* could do / bat / pitch / catch / goal-tend, etc better than THAT guy!!"

...are given their chance in the Sun - and literally put their money & ability WHERE THEIR MOUTH IS...

...ONE-ON-ONE against the GUY THEY BITCH ABOUT!! :shock:

How well do you think a show would fare in the Music realm??

Great idea for a show.

I know Deano is on record stating that Augeri can't sing his way out of a urine soaked paper bag and that he could perform his job waaaay better.
Would love to see him try for real.

I would definetely NOT be afraid to walk out there and sing in front of 10,000. I guarantee I would have better stage persona. He is so fucking soft and timid. Get out there and fucking sing. Lose those fruit loop earrings too.

I've had my reservations about Augeri's qualifications since day ONE.
If you listen to his Live Tyketto record it was obvious from the very beggining that he didn't have the range necessary for this band.
With that said, I still think he can sing better than you!

haha dude, say what you will about his inconsistent nights and warbly singing voice, I have no qualms with his on-stage persona.
I think he is a pretty energetic entertaining guy.
