Season's Of Change........

Postby Moon Beam » Thu Jun 01, 2006 10:47 pm

I was just sitting here enjoying my morning
Java reading the forums and feeling I am
in need of a summer concert.
My question to you all is........

Do you think that Journey is a band that performs better
in Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall?

I have never seen them play so I really can't give
a good opinion here.
I know that many of you have seen them several times.
So please share your opinions if you have any.

It has either been summer or fall when I've seen Journey here in the Tampa Bay area. I really can't think of a time over the last several years that they performed here earlier in the year.

Regardless, they sounded awesome every time so I can't say it was because of the season.

Summer. SJersey Shore. On the beach, fishing or biking always a wall of Jrny sound.

That's what I'm thinking JoePa.
I have always felt Journey was a great band that
sounds very Summer like.
Thinking they would be even better in concert in these months.
From what I have heard of Journey since you-know-who
left they have more of a Fall feeling.
I don't know about anyone else but I usually have a Season
for which certain music is related to.
Now a band like Matchbox Twenty definitely is a Fall or Winter
sound to me.

Does anyone else feel this way with particular bands?

Moon Beam! I think it's a good topic but what do I know. Hey, I remember you at the other Perry site. You've come into your own.
Good for you. Some times those sites can stifle your growth and
potential.

Good topic, Moon Beam!
If you are referring to this present Journey, I'd say, Fall.
