I thought when someone is banned, their username disappears (a la OpeningAct). Deano's is still active.

If you sort the memberlist by Total Posts Decending you'll see that OA is still there.

Then who am I thinking of? When you are banned, your name becomes "Guest". Maybe he can ban without deleting the name?

He might have just had his IP banned, but yeah, you can ban a name and not delete the account.
