unfortunately Neal made Deen or at least helped make him who he is today. The same can be said for what he did for Augeri at this point.

This would make me think twice about being in a band with Neal.

I don't understand. Your first two sentences seem to praise how Neal helped boost Deen's and Steve's careers. Why would you think twice about being in a band with him? It seems you should jump at the chance. Of course, this is all hypothetical.

Yeah you're right NIG, if you want it to read how you read it then it looks like that, that's not how I said it though. I'm not praising Neal at all. I suspect you know that, but just want to think that though.

they could patch it together and hope they can string it along
til the end of the summer or fall. i have no idea how they'd patch it up to work; but somebody should be capable of thinking how to do that. the journey
fans love the band and will apparently forgive them for most anything. lying just doesn't get you too awfully far.

Honestly, this voice issue does not sound like something that will be resolved by Friday nights show in VA. I think the "cold" and "flu" excuse flies by the unsuspecting who are not following this but the word keeps getting bigger and going further. You can't keep the facade up. I cannot understand why Augeri is taking this beating. More important than the dignity is his health and family. Sad
