OT: Parody of Don't Stop Believin'. Has anyone seen it?

Postby JourneyTroll » Fri Jul 14, 2006 12:06 am

I lifted this from another Journey website.

Has anyone seen it? Do you think it is funny? I do. However, the other website didn't like it at all.

Just go to googledotcom and type "Don't Stop Believing Parody."

Thanks,
Journeytroll

That may be the worst lip-synching job I've ever seen.

Strangely, it's almost as good a video as the real one for "Separate Ways"...

They're all wearing saggy diapers that leak.

That was GREAT!!

WHY - of all places - are they in front of a DUMPSTER...oh wait...if Journey can be on a Wharf, then.... 8)

Mr. LeadVox was beefy - and this little tiny voice comes out...classic!

Props to the Choreographer....marching in a "V" & pumping fists!

ha! Singer looks like Klaus Meine circa '84. Funny. One of the comments there was right, switch out for the real band and that very VERY easily coulda been the video.

somewhere out there, and I don't know if it's on Youtube or not, but I know a few guys have a website where they parody Michael McDonald & Steely Dan as well as Kenny Loggins and Steve Perry/Journey stuff. Extremely funny and well thought out. I lost the links a long time ago & wish I knew where to direct people to. I miss watching that stuff. Can't imagine how much work goes into some of these videos people are making, and I have a videomaking background.

Just google that and you'll find it.

thx Big J, Now I remember after seeing the front page. I think I spent hours on there one day just watching the different things. I should really have a talk with my boss (me) about limiting my inet time, while I'm trying to get work done.

Just watched the funny Don't Stop Believin' parody again. This is so funny. Plus, you can watch the real live version with Steve Perry at this site.

When I saw the headline to this thread, I thought it referred to Perry's version at the White Sox parade.
