According to Mark, this guy is just like us - 20-odd years of experience; can "hit the ground running".....but when Mark does stuff like this (last minute kind of stuff), it makes me CRAZY!! I have to know if a person will work out - WAY AHEAD of time, y'know?

I mean, I've been waiting TWENTY YEARS to be in a band like this, and record a CD of original music....and NOTHING IS GOING TO SCREW THIS UP for me!
