What exactly is so riveting talking about them playing the Greatest Hits with Def Lippard....going through the motions...I understand that, and it doesn't bother me in the least, but it doesn't make for sensational discussion.
Ah, of course YOU want it 'sensational'. But, with a tour on and JSS being new and on and on and on, there is a LOT to talk about. But, hey, let's start a thread about ME and have something 'sensational' to chat about and make it the #1 thread on the forum. That's fine by me...we'll see where it all ends up.
However, when Tapegate was at it's apex, you thought it was too much talk.
No. I consistantly said there was too many people going against EVERYTHING Andrew requested, not listening to a damn thing he said, getting by with anything they wanted to get by with.
If it happened today, I wouldn't complain at all. I have a different understanding of the forum today.
THAT, was the story of the year on this board, I can guarantee you that. Yet you, not at the forefront, caught off guard, were displeased, and then you pulled out the old, "no evidence there" card. You weren't at the center of it, so you play defender.
Oh, please, I haven't been at the 'forefront' of a Journey forum in years. That doesn't motivate me at all.
The REAL Journey talk will begin as soon as they release the "Augeri is out" statement, and JSS records a NEW CD with them.
So, what Journey discussion there is on this forum is actualy FAKE Journey talk. Well, I guess I already kinda knew that.
For now, if the band can go through the motions, surely we can get into personal, and off topic stuff here.
That's not my call...all I am saying that is what this forum is mostly about now.
