Okay Boss, I'll donate in the form of Melodic rock CD's. Don't like this Paypal but I'll sign up today to help the fund. Why don't you switch the server from Florida to Iran, they'd sure as fuck have it running faster on their nuclear bandwidth.
One last thing, I tried to get in the backdoor yesterday...and ended up in a melodicrock German chat room, www.melodicrock.de. No journey board in sight! Topics where hard going though, you'd think they'd post in English, bad manners that

Thansk Styxman...
As for that .de site - he's been trying to pinch my name for years....he owns melodicrock.org too and was recently part of someone on MySpace calling themselves MySpace.com/melodicrockcom

Soon put a stop to that!

It now needs a small upgrade purely and simply because of THIS forum. Th etraffic flow has upped the demand on my SQL database and I need to crank the machine to fix the slowness of this forum.

When I can afford, I will do.

Thank you for all the efforts you do to keep this place running,Andrew. :)
I would be happy to help.Your site is my best source of info and I'll pay for that.

Well, I don't like to ask for anything without you guys getting something in return - aside from this spiffy message board of course!

You can always join MR-X or purchase a CD - it's due out very soon...

In regards to the server - its being updated tonight - so I want to har from folks in the next 24 hours to ensure the board no longer times out or is slow - please let me know....

$300 a month, charge us all $1 a month and that would cover it easily - $12 a year that's fuck all really. I'd pay those subs no problem.
If you let me say anything I want without shutdown, I'd pay $2 a month - you could charge JSS £100, he's loaded right
It's a business Boss....make some money out of it  You could then get someone to cut the grass for ya!!

Well, nice thought....but I'm not charging for the board or whatever....all part of the fun.

I just provide the MRX area for those that want more and the compilations are much the same - all revenue raising (as sponsors alone don't come close to covering working the site full time)...

Appreciate the good vibes though mate.

Andrew-
If your server is in Fla, you may have some problems with it today anyway.
After all, we are expecting a visit from "Ernesto".

Hey guys...just donate a fw bucks his way via paypal........its worth having a top notch discussion area of a hobby, which has a lot of good people and ideas associated with it. I'd love to have this for my other hobbies/interests. Boy would I love to talk about the Dodgers someplace the way I can talk about Journey on here!

Thanks Squirt! Money Orders are a bit hard to cash in in Oz - US ones that is. It's all taken care of now anyway - so thank you for the vote of support, but its ok :)
