i remember haring FERGIE couldnt sing live and thats why he only did the 1 album with Toto

Actually the contrary was the truth. Lukather said in an interview (most probably I read it on his or Toto website) that it took a long long time to make him sing 10 songs in the studio.
The only bootleg I heard Fergie live with Toto was impressive. His voice got better towards the end of the show and he rocked.

Apart from Holy Anna and Stranger In Town it was a superb album. Anyone checked out 'Frederiksen/Phillips' from approx 1995? Load of players ranging from Tim Pierce to Steve Lukather guesting all over the place, nice if alightly lighter feel to it?

Age Dispute

There is a long-standing dispute regarding Dio's age. His most likely birthdate is listed above as July 10, 1942. Dio himself says he was born in 1949, but most evidence suggests that he is older. He was in his first band in 1958, which means that if the 1949 date is correct, he would have been 9 years old. This seems unlikely, although Ronnie has said he started his first group around age 10. However, according to his high school, Ronnie graduated in 1960. It is said that several people who live in the town he grew up in also confirm this. His first band photo from ca. 1959or 1960 shows him being probably in his teens. British/Australian singer Graham Bonnet, who replaced Dio in the band Rainbow, has said that Ronnie is younger than him. Bonnet was born September 23, 1947. However, in a 2005 interview, Dio himself claimed that Ritchie Blackmore "isn't that much younger" than him and Ritchie was born in 1945. Public records list Ronnie as 63 years old under the name "Ronald Padavona" and as 56 years old under the name "Ronnie James Dio". Ritchie has said that Ronnie is younger than him though as well. Most of his fans agree that the 1942 date is the most likely based on the evidence, with 1949 being second most likely. Which makes his still-rocking career all the more impressive, as he has performed flawlessly in concert at age 63!

There's even rumors it may be 1938. He's lied about his age for so long, and looked the same for so long, there's no telling.
