Maybe record either a new live CD, DVD or both during the process. After that? I think Journey should call it QUITS!
No matter what they produce from now on (and some would include ARRIVAL, GENERATIONS and RED 13), it isn't Journey.
I seriously doubt that Journey can convince me that they are still Journey. They can try and if they DO produce a new CD, I'll give it a listen, but the oneness is on them to prove me wrong.
omg....you guys who want and are waiting for a miracle to happen as far as the "old" band getting back together...keep dreaming. Its just not gonna happen, Perry couldnt sing any old Journey tunes anyways these days. Not that i didn't love his vocals in the day. They got Deen now on the drums who can not only drum, but sing awesome, not to mention hard songs like Faithfully and Open Arms. Still got the anchor Neal and now they have Jeff who can sing all the songs and put on a show. What more do you want?? I'd rather go to a show with Jeff singing and dancing around, rather than go watch Perry have a hard time singing the old songs...and it truely is sad...but true.
