I hate to say this but I think it's time for ole Al to go. The Raiders need a deep pocket hands off owner to let a coach run the team. I hate Gruden for leaving, but can't really blame him at the same time. Hell if we would have beat T.B. in the Super Bowl, it wouldn't be so bad now. That's the first and hopefully last time seeing my team beat in a S.B. I still haven't fully recovered
