If THAT happened, Journey might actually have a great shot at getting someplace in the future!

a band should not be devoid of the need and natrual desire to create new music, unless they have lost all of their 'talent' and are simply in it for the money... That I don't buy, especially with a group this talented (but unfortunately under less than passionate management...)

I thought HH would manage Journey if Kevin Chalfant and Gregg Rolie were in Journey back in 1996.......

Is Herbie still in the management biz? Why not go with someone more relevant?

Wasn't he considering managing SS? Thought I heard that somewhere. HH has fire, passion and "techniques" that are unparalleled in his profession. He was the best and I have no reason to believe that he wouldn't STILL be a great manager. Besides, the idea of getting them relevant again without Perry would be all the motivation he needs.

LOL NIG, good one........if she can handle the madness of Ozzie and the Motley Crue boys on tour back in the day............I'm sure the Journey boys would seem like pussycats.

That might work. They could also do a new reality series. Augeri could kinda be like the new Ozzy of the series, in that he's supposedly effectively mute...or should be anyway.

No; I'm being a "realist":

I saw that thing on YouTube w/ Neal and JSS...and hey....if that's the way it's gonna go, then WHY can't JOURNEY - with their new Lead Singer - make NEW MUSIC?

that's all I'm asking....

Uh-oh, Nora... any minute now I'm expecting EclipticJourney - oh mighty defender of all things "official" - to ride in on his write horse and start dramatically spouting platitudes! Beware, friend, and get out the tums!!!
