Journey management just plain SUCKS. We the fans are always left out in the cold for too long.

The band and management have known for quite some time what is going to happen but have been holding out.
Annoying to me as a fan and unproductive for the band as well as this just promotes the rumor mill.

PAR FOR THE COURSE....

Take it up w/ur boy Augeri & his lawyers then. It's not the band's fault if his part of the settlement isn't over yet. That's the big hold up & anyone w/common sense can figure that out right now. As soon as the papers are signed, the band can talk freely about the future.

Like YOU know what the fuck is going on.. You know nothing more than anyone else here ROX head. Plus...absolutely nothing new in your post....Everyone here knows that you blame anything and everything on Augeri. IF you knew anything about the history of the band's management, you would know that since Herbie left, management has SUCKED. I'm sure that their view is wait till the end of the tour and then let the fans know that JSS is the new lead...

I don't defend Augeri to the end as you do with JSS...apparently you think JSS's shit doesn't even stink. As I have said before, Augeri was a capable replacement and deserves credit/appreciation for stepping into some impossible shoes to fill. Was he perfect? Absolutely not. Will JSS be better? IMO, probably and he will make the band rock harder, something Augeri was brought in to do and failed to do.

Augeri has the rest of his life to think about and the defamation of his character to consider. Some statement from his bandmates, clearing his name, might be the order of the day.

Susie (JourneyRox) knows more than most of us here do, so give her a break please. And no its not wishful thinkings that she is going by, its common sense and some facts that not all of us know yet.

I never said I knew anything. But I have some common sense & I know how contracts & lawyers work in matters like this. Use ur brains. Why do u really think Andrew had the green light to go w/the interview & then the light turned red for a while? That has nothing to do w/management & everything to do w/legal wranglings.

Actually I don't know whether it does or not. I don't have my head up his ass.

I don't blame EVERYTHING on Augeri. I don't think he was responsible for 9/11, for example. :-)

Seriously Andrew, if you wait for an official statement from Journey, you might be waiting until the next Journey singer change before you can post all that stuff.

And I blame nothing on Augeri. There isn't anything he did that the band didn't know about. Blame one, blame them all (and they know it). The idea that Neal, Ross, Jon or Deen can be held blameless for anything that happened is a little bit laughable. :D :D :D

I couldn't agree more with your words, Liz.

Those are my feelings, exactly. To single SA out, and place ALL the blame on his shoulders alone is totally ridiculous. To do so makes the rest of the band members look like total and complete fools. They need to come clean, face the music (pun intended, here) and move forward with their new lead singer. JMHO

This is becoming a misnomer of sorts..... The Augeri era produced some terrific and heavy as hell rock.

Before history began being revised to this effect many a Head figured the way to put down that lineup was to whine
"Generations rocks too hard."
"Too much guitar..."
"I love almost everybody."---Rocky Balboa 1990
"Let's reform this thing.Let's go out and get some guys who want to work and go do it"--Neal Schon February, 2001
"I looked at Neal, and I just saw a guy who really wants his band back"-JCain 2/01
