It's a very young Jeff,I barely recognized him (he looks 1000 better and hotter today!),on tour with Malmsteen in Japan.
The annoying thing is that the guy who shot this was obviously a YM fan,however you can catch a glimpse of JSS running all over the stage.
He had such a powerful voice and he was what?20 -21?
