listen to the
music.

I heard enough Neil Diamond music in the 70s to last me forever. When my aunt died, we stayed at my uncle's house to help out. My cousin listened to Neil Diamond all day every day (hmm kinda like I do w/Perry) & said it soothed him. I still have nightmares about Sweet Caroline & she's not so sweet in them.

I remember learning to dance like John Revolting to Night Fever. Those are not my most pleasant memories. No thanks on that music. I always preferred bands like Queen, 10CC, T-Rex, Zeppelin in the 70s & then later on, Journey. My mother would have loved nothing more than to force feed me Neil Diamond tho. She thought he was hot! Yuck. Funny thing is I actually sang in a band called the Diamonds in the early 80s & our bass player's name was Neil Diamond. He was absolutely NOTHING like him. His brother Ray Diamond was the guitarist & my bf at the time. He was the one who introduced me to the funny cigarettes actually & those tabs that make u see people from Mars. Gee I wonder whatever happened to those guys. Oh memory lane!
