Sorry Donna....cant help you out with the reading comprehension....or maybe just a reread is required. The dude gave me a couple passes...not a million bucks or something...and I only spent a few minutes around him.....now you think I should totally kiss his ass?....become a devoted follower and loss myself and my right to my own opinions in the process?..Make something up and call him, sweetie, honey, or my big daddy?........I personally appreciate an honest opinion from someone, but thats me... so I just wrote it how I see it....I dont have a dog in the fight.....dont have any idea on who started what, when, or where......frankly dont care.......after so much time...it all has probably evened out and both sides are equally guilty.......there will be no peace between forums until all partys take responsibility for their actions....apologize....then forgive and move on. Actually I comprehend it just fine, & if I'd known this was how you'd feel after the fact when I saw Dean bend over backwards for an extra pass for you that you sprung on him at the last minute, I'd have given mine up gladly for someone who I know would have greatly appreciated it.

sorry....your facts are not straight or true......First of all...I told him I didnt expect anything from him....he insisted that he wanted to get me passes after I gave him some gifts......I told him that was ok...he didnt need to do it....he said he wanted to......and he asked me how many I needed...I said 3.....I said 3 Friday night....I said 3 again Saturday morning.....then on Monday before the concert I told him on the phone that if he could not get me the passes that it was ok...no problem......he said no...I will get them to you how many did you need...I said 3.....those are the facts....nothing was " sprung" at the last minute......when he was passing them out he forgot who needed what and how many.......so dont assume or state you know all when you dont.

It sure sounded like she didn't enjoy the passes....well, Norm and I sure did..Thanks Deano for all the aggravation there was at times with getting the passes for all of us...and I do mean all of us....especially when u gave up your pass to woman who loved the band but has never had the opportunity to meet them...very generaous on your part!

For many of us, this was a vacation. A chance to get away from the cold, go someplace warmer, and meet up with old friends and make new ones. A time to blow off steam and regroup in order to better handle the "responsibilities" of our lives that you imply we all neglected in order to go see Journey. I can't think of a better way to spend my vacation time than going to see Journey with people that share a common interest. This does not make me a "groupie" or someone having a midlife crisis, trying to relive my youth. I went to do something I enjoy....and since you have so much more important stuff to do, I suggest you take yourself and your condescending attitude and go do it!
