The perfomance it excellent, but I didn't think the sound quality of the boot was much better than a "C". Shame too, with such a great setlist.

To make matters worse, tonight's show Deen fell out, congestion got the better of him before the show & he warned before it started that I might need to take the whole thing....this with me being trashed from the many songs I do already! Tonight, I got to do Open Arms, Who's Cryin Now & Faithfully amongst the other 20 some odd songs I normally do, it was insane my voice held out, but we got through it with a fun show to boot (not as bootleg, you bad, bad people!).

Normally I am thrilled to get to do the whole show but could have easily not chosen tonight of all nights, as we tried to make the set a little different from the 1st night in Manchester, but added more songs than usual, I think we clocked in at 2 hours 10 min tonite!

Gonna go pass out now, I have 24 hours of silence to enjoy before doing another 2 in a row, hopefully stay clear of these damn viruses & get home with the voice I came out here with, ha ha!!

Jeff.
AIRBORNE. Take it twice a day. The crap works...

I take Emergen-C every day, same stuff, as a preventitive....& yes, I am Mr. Anti-Social on days off, my friends around the world are JUST getting used to me not hanging out on days off now but they realize this is a bigger beast, & certainly an important one. Thank God I have cyber communications like this, at least I can 'speak' without using my voice at times especially to kill time during days off, staring at the walls is simply overrated!

Thanks for replying on the Mime approach to vocal rest.
Emergen C AND Airborne at the same time have worked for me when things seem especially bad- yeah, like I can give you advice.

call on us anytime, brothah.

thanks for the tip about the sugarfree gum-it really helps keep the urge to cough suppressed!

Now, how do you keep from launching it into the audience while singing???

topic--Remember Me was awesome!! they all were! I'll Be Waiting (sounds like a good song title!!) to hear Winds of March. Journey could totally mop up the place with Patiently.

JEFF.

You NEED to open some shows with "One More" and just downright SLAY the fans with that tune.

The whole band could easily be downright UNLEASHED on that song! I can't stop drooling over the possibilities.

How about Still She Cries?

Winds of March for sure. almost unthinkable.

Still She Cries---it is such a good song that the vocals are almost not necessary. does that make any sense to anyone??

I see what you're getting at there. That's been by far my favorite song on TBF since the very first spin in 1996.
